GeCommunity – Affairs control for municipalities

We support municipalities and residents' services with two products: the affairs control GeCommunity and the people and document check with eneXs.

The GeCommunity affairs control is aimed at municipalities that have to manage sensitive data outside the normal administration software. This involves company and personal data that is processed by a selected group of employees in connection with business in the municipalities' area of responsibility. Areas of application are in the field of tourism promotion fees, waste fees, sewage fees, connection fees, road fees, i.e. generally all fees and charges at the municipal level.

The eneXs solution provides practical support for the verification of identity cards and persons as a task of integrated border security management. A large number of identity documents are submitted to the municipalities and residents' services. With our solutions, you can check the authenticity of an identity document either with the simple check as a mobile app or as in-depth checks for optical and electronic security features with a special document reader. Integrated in the process, database queries on persons and ID cards (ZEMIS, VIS, ORBIS, RIPOL, etc.) are triggered and displayed.
