About us

Since its foundation in 2000, Xplain AG has been active as a supplier of IT solutions in the field of internal security.

Our more than 60 employees develop standard applications and software products for all authorities and organisations of internal, civil and private security. As a full-service provider, we can offer our customers everything from a single source: from the product to individual development to operation and maintenance. 

We strive to continuously improve and expand our quality. For this reason, we are ISO 9001:2015 certified. 

We work for authorities and organizations with security, immigration, labor or economic, law enforcement and correctional tasks. For these authorities and organizations, we offer innovative software products with complete coverage of work processes from initial intake to archiving. The focus of the solutions is on the high level of automation and the compliance with the legal requirements, in particular also the formal requirements of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as well as the fast and comprehensible exchange of information between all parties involved.

Our main business is the development of our products and customized software. However, we are also a full-service integrator and can deliver everything from small to large projects from a single source. Through our expertise in the various areas of homeland security, we also support our customers in an advisory capacity.
